I'm comparing Vivoactive to the Polar M400 just so people know where I'm coming from. In my opinion, Vivoactive needs better support for interval training.
For example, I had a workout a few weeks ago that called for 1 mile run,.25 mile walk, and 1 mile run. In it's current form, Vivoactive cannot handle this automatically. With the M400, there is a dedicated interval timer where the user can set up time and/or distance intervals.
