I personally don't mind the new change regarding paying for admission. It is so much easier now rather than worrying about having enough tickets or having to get back in line for more, with the wristbands, we knew exactly what we paid for and could do, and what we needed to pay extra for. White Brick Wall Vector Free Download on this page. My son and I went early on a week day and the price was very reasonable.

We did everything and there were no lines. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I think now that things are more organized, we are actually more likely to go here more often.

This place has potential but we had an awful exchange with the manager Shari L yesterday. On the website it states that a child 36' tall could ride with a parent. Once I get there I have to prove she'll sit in the tube and hold on to the handles by herself.

Of course my daughter is dying to get inside and doesn't want to pretend anything. When I mentioned that there are no refunds (boldly stated on the website) and we would just try it out since we drove over an hour to visit, she replied rudely that if she couldn't take direction and do it now she probably wouldn't do it in the snow hill, and that '99% of 36' tall toddlers could do this'. Everything she said was condensing, as if I was wasting her time.

Meanwhile no one else is in line waiting. She went on to become frustrated with the fact that we were 30 minutes 'late' for our session anyways and she could have sold the tickets to someone else. I mentioned to her there are no refunds and I didn't realize that my daughter wouldn't be able to preform, plus if we lost 30 mins of our 90 min session, that doesn't affect anyone but ourselves (which we accepted). I asked if tickets sold out, she replied no. So, there was no one else to sell our tickets to anyways. She then mentioned that she would allow us other activities if we weren't going to tube but became frustrated again when I asked which activities they offered and how much they cost, saying 'You're wasting your time asking all these questions, I'm not going to get out a calculator okay?!' We spent $63 and drove over an hour to get here, my questions weren't abnormal, and again, no one else waiting to get to talk with her.

She begrudgingly gave me her name after asking several times, yelling she was manager and she would give me her address and zip code if I really wanted it. Um, no thanks. Anyways, she ended up giving us passes for the train, ice skating (didn't use, 2 is too small), kid zone (which isn't good for little ones), pony ride and food for petting zoo. The snow mound was small, man made, but we had fun anyways. The gift shop was my favorite, very friendly staff, clean and fresh baked goods. I wouldn't visit here with under 3, and I wouldn't recommend Shari as a manager.

It was 11am and she was extremely rude. Girls running the pony ride seemed pretty depressed too, yelling at the black horse across the way to 'knock it off!' Several times for knocking against it's gate. Update: We stopped by the other day for a quick round of fun with the pumpkin-cannons. Unfortunately, the price of admission has gone from *free* to ~$40 per couple. And that didn't even include use of the cannons. We got there less than an hour before closing, and they still demanded full ticket price to enter.
